Pooja is a versatile trainer-mentor-coach in Anuyan and on a mission to support
entrepreneurs in their start-up journey and walk the path along with her master mentor.
She is very committed to helping aspiring entrepreneurs realise their dreams by
creating their start-up venture.

She has capacities to adapt her approach to meet the needs of her mentees and enable
them to reach their full potential. Pooja is a strong believer in peaceful co-existence and
inspirational leadership. Nurturing is an inbuilt divinely gifted skill in her feminine energy.
She holds an MBA in HR, MA in English, B.Ed. and D.Ed. degrees in her academic basket. In
addition, she has accomplished various certification courses including TKT from the British
Council Cambridge University, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and ERP – SAP Business One.
Pooja is a highly skilled and experienced professional who has worked across a range of
industries. She has expertise in pedagogy & andragogy which has been beautifully evolved
during her experience in teaching across K-12, Engineering undergraduate & Post Graduate
students, MBA Students; & training teachers, executives, and managers during her corporate
journey. She is an educator at heart.
In addition, her experience in the role of a “Manager & Chief Project Officer” has developed
her competence in project management & implementation, designing systems & processes,
creating strategies, B2G government interface, Execution & coordination and business
development.
As an individual she is a self-made force to be reckoned with, embodying qualities of
Emotional Intelligence, empathy, passion, boundless compassion and creativity. Her life
itself is an inspiring journey and testament to the power of determination, perseverance &
passion which made her a shining example of what it means to carve out one's own path in
life and become the best version of herself.
